Was good on Jenn’s sick day yesterday: had a great time at the dog park
(Miles showed up! YAY) and wasn’t too bad while I was away. We ran
through his tricks for dinner, focusing on “bow”. He’s been sleeping
out of his crate (with the door open if he wants to go in) most nights
and I haven’t mentioned it here because he hasn’t been barking! But
last night he - howled, I guess? - at 4 am, a sort of “awwoooo-ooo-oooo”
noise. BUT: he made it once and it ended in a bit of a yawn and I’m
PRETTY SURE he was just having an intense doggy dream that was SO INSANE
it woke him up. His barking usually continues more than once, and he’s
never howled before. He does sometimes do little barks and twitches in
his dreams, which, I’m not going to lie, is ADORABLE.
We’re going into the office today so we’ll see how he behaves!
